Our Story

Proudly Distilled & Served in Brantford

Founded in 2021, Mann’s Distillery is the culmination of a years old vision. It is Brantford’s first craft distillery, building on a strong local history of innovation, hard work and focus on local manufacturing.

Our Master Distiller and founder, Craig Mann, started with a single gin variety (White Tea Gin), created during his distillation studies. Years later, Mann’s Distillery now offers dozens of product varieties, from gin to vodka to whiskey to rum.

Every bottle is hand distilled, tested and packaged. Since launching, Mann’s products have become a staple in local households and our bar & event space a staple in the community.
